As Moses wrote down the numbering of the tribe of Judah, he noted,

“…those who were numbered of the tribe of Judah were seventy-four thousand six hundred” (Numbers 1.27).

This simply stated a multiple of seven, and does not signify anything spiritual or symbolic from what we can see.
